“ Coffee could be served a bit hotter. And female cashier could be a bit more enthusiastic. Oher than that, place has very nice ambiance and interiors, good is really good, the tapa and grilled cheese .. ”
“ This is probably the most popular café in Subic — and for good reason. I visited around 3 PM and the place was absolutely packed, a clear sign of how loved it is by both locals and visitors. If you prefer a quieter experience, I’d recommend avoiding peak café hours. I tried the carrot cake, and it was absolutely delicious — moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The ube drink was also perfectly balanced in sweetness, making it a refreshing treat. A spot worth visiting if you’re in the area! ”
“ What a lovely day by the bay we stopped by 727 Coffee & Co. for delicious treats and coffee beverages! My family members visiting the Philippines wanted some good coffee and snacks. From outside the japanese-like decor/ design already captivated us! we ordered hot mochas, a few of the signature iced coffees and non-coffee beverages (Peach and Strawberry refreshers) to cool down from this summer’s heat (all were 5stars). Baristas were so kind and friendly from the cashier and other workers as well! I might add the freshly baked cookies were so addictive bc they were perfectly sweetened (not super sweet) and so moist! overall such a great experience before we headed back to the city! Great Cafe if you’re in the Subic Bay area! ”
“ Quite aesthetically pleasing, clean looking, fresh. We stopped for coffee to go here. The Iced Caramel Con Crema had a strange aftertaste, like the caramel was burnt? Not a fan. It also took a bit of time since the place was quite packed. But the staff were friendly, the interior was nice. I wish I could visit this place more to find something that resonates with me on the menu, and to try their food well! ”
“ An incredible cafe in subic. Coffee. Service. Atmosphere. Cookies were amazing. Great music. A real coffee house that could be in any major city and thrive. Really good pricing. I went 2 times in 24 hours. ”
“ Came here early in the morning and really liked the vibe—super cozy and aesthetically pleasing. What I loved most? Tons of outlets to charge your laptop or phone, which makes it perfect for digital nomads. We tried the dirty matcha and their signature coffee. Both were decent—not mind-blowing, but definitely not bad either, and pretty fair for the price. The food's a bit on the pricey side, but the portions are generous so you do get your money's worth. All in all, I'd totally come back if I'm ever in Subic again. They also have a branch in Clark, which I'm curious to check out next time. ”
“ Discovered our “go-to” morning booze in Subic!! Hands down to their coffee, interior, and service! I tried their Flat White and Horchata! Both were amaaaazing! Their coffee beans has a strong aroma with a smooth tasting notes, while the horchata has just the right blend of sweetness and cinnamony flavour Cafe has a minimalist design, very cozy and relaxing! There is also a spa inside the cafe They also have matcha and hojicha drinks, with a lot of signature coffee-based drinks on their menu! ”
“ The best café on my list in Subic a must-try! This place nails the minimalist modern vibe, and the ambiance is both cozy and refreshing. The service is superb, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The coffee is top-notch, and the food? Just amazing. Every bite and sip was worth it. Can’t wait to come back! They have Salon and Spa on the same space ”
